During my Easter vacation, I had a decent stay at a hotel in Lebanon. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival and complimentary bottled water in the room. the location was convenient, close to several restaurants and shopping areas. the room itself was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and terrace with a beautiful view of the city.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety, with limited options and no hot food available. the hotel was outdated, with the hallways feeling warm and stuffy without any air conditioning.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was near a big mall and close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were great.

This hotel has a fantastic location - everything is close by and it's near a big mall with plenty of shops. the rooms are newly decorated with very comfy beds and good quality of linen and towels. the breakfast is yummi, with hot meals like eggs and a helpful breakfast waiter. the hotel is calm and safe, and the staff are cheerful and always ready to help.
The water shower needs to be fixed as it's either too hot or too cold.

The hotel staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always available. Nice rooms with fresh decor and clean bathrooms. Comfy beds with quality linen and towels. Yummy breakfast. Convenient location near City Mall and downtown. Highly recommended hotel exceeding expectations.
There was nothing I didn't like.
